For the past 35 years, Complete Construction Company has consisted of a talented team of professionals and high quality craftsmen. As our numerous projects begin and end, our core members remain intact and stay active with the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council, as well as the Home Builders Association of Raleigh, NC. This enables us to frequently attend classes and seminars on a national level, staying up to date on products and construction procedures.
Glenn White
Owner & Operator
Glen has been the President / CEO of Complete Construction for the past 38 years. Glenn and his team have earned over 30 awards, including Builder of the Year, Raleigh, Wake County, Triangle Business Journal's Top Triangle Remodelers, Remodeler of the Year, Raleigh, Wake County, multiple Parade of Homes Awards, multiple National Chrysalis Awards, and several STAR awards. But what Glenn is most proud of is the hundreds of satisfied clients he has had the pleasure of working with over the past 4 decades.
Sheldon Daury
Portfolio Manager
Sheldon has 40 years of project execution experience in the Remodeling Industry. He is well known and respected by his peers in the industry as the top Project Manager for complex projects.
Victoria Russell
Office Manager
Victoria has over 10 years experience as a Client advocate, Account Representative and Consultant. She earned a BS in Entrepreneurship from UNC Greensboro and her Masters in Business Administration from Liberty University. Victoria is passionate about ensuring that the client enjoys the best experience possible.
